Anna Giannakoudaki

Anna Giannakoudaki is a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the International Hellenic University with a specialization in “Cosmetology”. She is a graduate of the Department of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she completed her postgraduate studies and her doctoral thesis, with the subject of study being the investigation of the use of cosmetic products by consumers and the consequences of incomplete/incorrect knowledge and educational proposals for addressing the problem. She has published 14 papers in reputable Greek journals and conference proceedings. Her research interests include the investigation of the properties of active ingredients in cosmetic products, with the main one being antioxidant activity. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Department of Drugs, Pharmacochemistry and Cosmetics of the Union of Greek Chemists.
